Implementation, Monitoring & Sustainability
Storylab Creatives Pro will execute this strategy through participatory planning, strong partnerships, and adaptive management. A results-based monitoring framework will track social media reach, training participation, partnerships, and policy impact. Sustainability will be ensured through hybrid funding models that include donor partnerships, commissioned productions, media services, and in the future establishing the Storylab Foundation.
